Dr. Jose Di Bella
Dr. Di Bella is a climate change specialist with over ten years of progressive experience in international research, analysis, project design and implementation with international organizations and consultants in the United Kingdom, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. He has a proven track record of international research, policy and capacity building projects on climate change and strategic analysis for businesses on climate issues. Jose has in-depth knowledge of global climate change debates and practices with a focus on climate change adaptation, disaster risk and innovation.
Dr. DiBella is a member of the Executive Committee of the Parliamentary Network on Climate Change for the Americas and the Caribbean (PNCC). He has developing strategies, knowledge resources, tools and capacity building activities for national legislators in the Americas and Caribbean, and worked in the implementation of InterAmerican climate initiatives and projects with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR), United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and National Parliaments. Most recently, he was a selected delegate to the Talanoa Dialogue representing the PNCC at the Bonn Climate Negotiations.
